We promise to provide professional HOA Management, custom-fit to your needs. We offer an umbrella that covers a range of services including administrative, financial, accounting, debt, & active site management. TRE Homes is small enough to care, but big enough to be effective!

ATTENTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The manager or your HOA will attend all board meetings and stay in tune with happenings within the community. The following services are included as part of our administrative support:

  • Schedule, prepare, and attend all board meetings

  • Provide detailed monthly reports

  • 24/7 emergency maintenance on call support

  • Enforcement of rules, regulations, by-laws, and covenants

  • Assist the board through preparing an annual budget

  • Response to home owner’s requests and concerns

  • Coordinate and bid maintenance projects

ACCURATE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES The HOA budget will be carefully crafted by the HOA board with members of our team to support and offer suggestions. The following financial services will be included:

  • Bank account management separate for each community

  • Monthly billing for community dues and special assessments

  • No fee ACH drafts for dues through each owner’s online portal

  • Detailed record keeping and coordination of all accounts payables and receivables

  • Timely preparation and provisions or monthly financial statements

  • Guidance and assistance with reserve analysis; planning for long-term maintenance funds


DEBT MANAGEMENT Non-payment and late-payment of dues will be solely handled by our team and taken to higher authorities if necessary. The following debt-services will be included:

  • Delinquent notices to homeowners

  • Facilitate legal action for collection of delinquent funds

  • Coordinate with board chosen attorney on legal issues including filing liens on property and

  • foreclosures

ACTIVE SITE MANAGEMENT Enforcing board rules and regulations while inspecting the property for preventative maintenance solutions on site will be our sole focus. The following on-site services will be included:

  • Monthly community inspections to identify maintenance issues and rule/by-law violations

  • Coordinate and administer board-approved actions such as letters, fines, etc.

  • Ensure periodic maintenance for lawn care, pools, mailboxes, common grounds, etc.
